  • Employee Discount
    Retail employees and their immediate family are entitled to a 15% discount on purchases at any Walgreens store.
  • Prescription Discount
    Covered prescriptions are available to employees for a minimal co-pay; co-pay coverage for dependents is also available.
  • Holiday and Vacation Pay
Employees averaging 20+ hours per week are eligible for:
  • Profit Sharing
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
    Upon eligibility, Walgreens employees may purchase Walgreens stock at a 10% discount, with no brokers' fees.
  • Flex Pay

    • This plan enables employees to set aside a portion of each paycheck, tax-free, to be used for childcare, invalid dependent care, or other health care expenses not reimbursable under other benefit plans.
Employees averaging 30+ hours per week are eligible for full-time benefits including:
  • Medical Plan/HMO Coverage and Dental Coverage
    Comprehensive health and dental plans are available to employees for themselves and their dependents. Employees may also choose to enroll in a company-sponsored HMO (for themselves and their families) where available.
