How to Redeem EasySaver rebates by mail:

1. Use the forms in your EasySaver catalog or download the tally sheet.
2. Include your original receipts from any in-store purchases, or invoice/packing lists from your qualifying online purchases. Photocopies are not acceptable.
3. On your receipts and invoices, circle the rebate items including price and write the offer number next to the price.
4. Mail everything to the address listed on the Customer Information Form, found inside the EasySaver Catalog or the online tally sheet.
5. Keep a copy of your entire submission, along with copies of your receipts, until you receive your rebate check, gift card or other premium(s).

Please remember: Your forms and rebate materials must be postmarked by the date indicated in that month's EasySaver Catalog. We will accept only one request per promotional month.
